If you have not tried chiropractoric for your pet, it should be a routine visit. Dr Sangid is an excellent manipulator. My 1 year old puppy is always running crazy, it really helped even in areas i couldn’t tell needed it. They literally sat on the floor for his exam and consult. no sterile cold table. Try them for mobility issues before surgery. The best. i bring mine here from Florida during visits.

We’ve been clients of AWRC for the past several years, initially drawn to them while searching for a vet that provided cleaner vaccines. We still used our vet based in Sevierville for primary care, (we live in Kodak), but felt fortunate to have AWRC in our back pocket for alternative care. Fast-forward to February of this year, and our sweet boy was diagnosed with DM at his primary. Being a conventional veterinary hospital, I knew the recommendation would be medication. I wanted more for him and knew that the integrative approach that AWRC offers was best. Dr. Pittman consulted with us and clearly explained her plan and goals, tailored to our dog. We felt confident that she truly had his best interest at heart, and recommended a rehab program based on his specific needs and diagnosis. We’ve had many appointments over the last few months, and every single one has been filled with some of the kindest, most genuine animal-loving folks we’ve ever met. Dr. P works tirelessly, very hands-on at her clinic, while also finding time (somehow!) to attend several classes and conferences, bringing that upskilling and latest specialized training back to her patients. She most recently provided chiropractic care to Donovan and he came home more relaxed than I’ve seen him in quite some time. I’m very happy to say that we have seen some improvement with his condition and hope for additional in the weeks to come. His disorder is progressive and not curable, but the hope is to try to maintain as much muscle mass as possible, which is what we have seen thus far. Most importantly, when the difficult time comes for us to say goodbye, we will do so knowing that we gave him the best care and treatment possible thanks to AWRC. Dr Pittman and her staff are true blessings to the Knox area community, especially for those seeking more than conventional veterinary care. 10/10 recommend.

Animal Wellness is one of a kind! Their vets and staff are amazing and always want what is best for your pet. They actually listen to all of us crazy pet parents and I feel they genuinely love all the animals that walk through their door. They always follow up after visits to check on your pets which I think is so nice. Love this place!!!

I was looking for a more wholistic and comperhensive approch to my pups health and found where we belong. Careful care and consideration at every step. Doctor Myers and Doctor Cooper the techs and staff and wonderful and just amazing! A+++ 🤩🐕👍
