All the staff we have meet are great. Dr Brott was great with our girls(cats). Tracy handled them with care and even called to check up on them. Kim was knowledgeable. I would recommend this place to all fur baby owners.

We've been taking our dog here for several years and my wife has taken her past dogs. The vets are thoughtful of our pet's needs. We usually just use the annual services for a checkup and shots. Staff have always been kind and upbeat.

Dr. Mark Jones and Dr. Jane Fred were exceptional advising us through the end of life decisions we had to make with our beloved dog, Mae, of 17 1/2 years. The empathy and care they demonstrated through this difficult process was greatly appreciated. We are so thankful to have them as our vets!

The vet staff is extraordinary. I started taking my senior cat to them when I moved to Knoxville about 2.5 years ago and they were wonderful with him. I recently lost him due to sickness at an overnight vet hospital and the clinic responded by sending a teddy bear with a beautiful message about losing my cat. Thank you so much!
