Great pet care and thoughtful staff! Veteranarians provide great care and daycare and boarding staff are great with pets. We've used these folks for several decades.

The staff here has been so gracious and warm and friendly to me, my husband and our four cats! We are so grateful for their tender care. Three of our cats are over 13 years old and are coping with significant arthritis. The fourth is a younger cat who has had most of her teeth removed due to stomatitis. All of these cats have needed gentle care as they have been to the vet with significant pain. The staff at Bluegrass have known just what to do and have always asked how the cats are doing even when we have been bringing in a different animal. Thank you so much for always caring about the entire family.
