I would like to leave my sincere thanks to everyone at Cedar Bluff Animal Clinic for the care and kindness you showed us this morning. I arrived around 9:30–10:00 a.m. in tears because my dog had his first seizure, and I was extremely scared. Everyone was so kind and compassionate, and they took care of my dog right away. They also reassured me, explained the situation, and gave me clear instructions on what to do if it happens again. From the front desk staff to the veterinary team, everyone was incredibly kind, patient, and caring. I truly appreciate how well we were treated during such a scary moment. I just wanted to take a moment to leave my thanks and let you know how grateful I am for everything you did for my dog and for me today. Thank you so much!

An update, only to continue my rave: our sweet senior pup, Athena, crossed over the rainbow bridge in May. We're grateful she lived such a long and wonderful life — still, saying goodbye is never easy. Through all of it, the staff at Cedar Bluff Animal Clinic were incredibly kind, helpful, and comforting in caring for our girl. Our usual vet, Dr. Black (absolutely amazing!), was out of town, so we saw Dr. Chadwick. She was diligent, caring, and such a bright spot amid our grief. Natalie, who was Athena's primary vet tech, came to say goodbye and offer comfort to Brad and me. And Becky handled my emergency call with such kindness, offering reassurance at a moment we needed it most. My husband, our pets, and I absolutely adore Cedar Bluff Animal Clinic. The compassion, attentiveness, and quality of care our pups receive at every visit continue to amaze me. I've had animals my whole life, and finding a vet this trustworthy and caring is rare. We're so grateful for this clinic.
