Great place with a staff that cares about animals. The prices are good for shots. I had 3 appointments from 10:30am and the last one at 3:45. I live an hr away so it was going to be a long day in knoxville. However, I didnt have to spend the whole day, they took in all 3 at once, saving me so much time. Thank you so much!!

Horrible experience. I'm extremely interested in adopting a cat that has either been in the shelter long term or is elderly. I'm not expecting a shelter cat to be my BFF right away. They're in the shelter, they take time to warm up to you. I was given excuses by the Foster and the workers, for 10minutes straight, on why I cannot adopt their cats nor can I look at two long-term shelter cats that are avaliable, at the shelter, in a cage, and ready for adoption. They gave me excuses on why those cats are not good ones for adoption, that they're not social, that they've been there for awhile, that they take work and they're not the best ones to adopt. They then told me why I should foster instead. None of these women stopped talking. They kept stating why these long-term cats and senior cats aren't adoptable and maybe I should just go to Pet Smart to see their other cats. Horrible experience. Horrible customer service.

No stars if I could. They refused to help me with a small dog to train for service dog need. Manager was very rude and unprofessional
